A little history
Team Building Productions began in 1988, first offering team building movie productions to the convention market. As our customer list grew, so did their needs. By listening to our clients and paying attention to the voice of the corporate world, we have evolved into a creative, flexible company, offering a variety of team building activities, communication and creativity workshops for small to large organizations.

Professional Facilitators

Bruce Fischer Native Phoenican and Founder of TeamBuilding Productions, Bruce brings his years of experience as a marketeer, musician and videographer to the table. With his degree in Marketing and Graphic Design, Bruce first began his professional journey as a publisher. Bruce is our "idea man" and imparts creativity, fun and exuberance into all that he does. His goal is to help people reach their potential in the workforce through creativity and fun. He recently attended the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in California and is currently producing music for several documentaries.

Bobbi Fischer Bostonian Co-founder, Bobbi holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Counseling. She brings her background and experience in psychology, counseling, teaching and human resources to the company. Multi-faceted as a videographer and author as well, Bobbi's passion is to help organizations reach their goals, objectives and maximize their human resources. Bobbi recently attended the New York Film Academy and is producing three documentaries on the wedding industry.

Michael J. Liddy Born and raised in New Jersey, Michael earned his B.A. in Communications and headed West. He is an accomplished musician, actor, chef and teacher. Michael brings his humor, quick wit and leadership qualities to his role as facilitator. Michael has received certification at The Academy of Radio and Television Production in Phoenix.

Perry Contos With a Master's Degree in education, Chicago-born and Phoenix- raised, Perry devoted many years to teaching, tax accounting...and golfing! Perry's experience as an educator is the core of his success with Team Building Productions.

Sean Hoy After seven years in high school, Sean attended Arizona State University where he obtained a BA in Communications. While at ASU Sean was the editorial cartoonist for The State Press and it was in college that he embarked on a stand-up comedy career. He has performed at Laff's, The Improv, The Comedy Store, Mulligans and many more venues. Sean has been in a plethora of plays and commercials and he can be seen late at night in the commercial Reflections of Love. In 1993 he joined the improv comedy troupe The OxymoronZ where he was a member for eight years. It was as an Oxymoron that Sean met Bruce and Bobbi and began to become a player in Teambuilding Productions. Currently, Sean is the Director of Sales and Marketing as well as performing other duties that make for the best event Teambuilding Productions can put on for its clients.
