Team Building Workshops

We provide the professional Production Facilitator, videographer and actors who protray customers. This Experience process can be done either with an audience of peers in the same room, or the video can be shown in a separate area.

Sales Experience Workshop

Sales people will have the challenge of presenting their product or service to a new customer. We will videotape this role-play session with several options. The audience of sales peers can be in the same room or the video can be fed to a different room. The sales process can be timed, but can also be interupted by either judges or sales peers who want to comment on a particular area. You can choose either method.

These workshops can be done in a half-day or full-day session. In a full day session participants usually will have the opportunity to do their presentation over again. This will be after a general discussion of sales performance and the opportunity to see the results in action.

Customer Service Experience Workshop

Now your employees can practice their customer service skills and you can be there to watch and help them grow. We provide the creative environment that will simulate their work environment. Whether it be phone sales or front desk service, these workshops will place participants in the working situation. We videotape each session and provide playback for the audience and participant to watch their performance and learn from that.

Myers/Briggs Test

Having your team take the Myers Briggs test together will help them to find out more about themselves and their team. These results will help to bring out better ways to work together.

The Myers Briggs test has been given to over 3 million professionals in the workplace. Since 1958 these powerful tests have shown people more about who they are and how to collaborate with their fellow employees. The test can be taken on-line and then our professional facilitator will explain the results and how they can be used to enhance the workplace.

Brainstorming Workshops

New Products #101
Participants will create 101 new ideas for their products, then evaluate them.

We're going to put all of the brains in the room into a "Brain Mix," which is a lot like a bran mix, and then toss it into a bowl, and then make cookies. Each cookie is actually a product of all the ideas mixed together. This is a fast-paced fun exercise that will create a different outlook for the future (we don't actually make cookies, that was just a metaphor - unless you want cookies, and then I can bring some, just let me know what your favorite kind is).

New Prospects #101
Participants will come up with 101 new prospects for their product or service, then evaluate them. Who are your clients, past, present and future? Who is missing and how can you find them? We're going to look at everything, turn over some rocks, find some bugs, but also find some new customers in some very unusual places. You never know when this session will lead you straight to the bank! Be it cars, insurance, or puppy care, we will end up with new prospects that could be future clients.
